Terrible. Please never get one and save yourself from hell
These rarely work. They work when nothing is happening, but the second a bunch of things happen, and they send you notifications something is going on, they stop working and say “offline” or “can’t connect”. They only save SOME videos of events that happen, and one of ours broke after 3-5 months. It can move up and down, but can’t move left to right anymore. It’s about as bad as you can get for a camera you pay this much for. Please save yourself the trouble. Get a name brand camera

Glitchy App
I love these cameras. But recently the app has been trash. It sends me push notifications that there’s activity but when the app opens, it’s showing the newest activity is days prior and will not open livestreams. I have 4 cameras and a base. I want to keep using this system but it’s useless if I can’t see what’s actually being recorded or watch the cameras live.

I’ve just finished setting up my new cameras and I love them! Very user friendly and they don’t miss a thing! The tracking system is very responsive! The app allows you to see all your camera in real time and all events! Highly recommended .
New Features
I used to really like this camera because the SD card recording worked great. Unfortunately, recent updates seem to focus more on pushing cloud subscriptions than supporting the features I already paid for.
I can see event previews in the app, but accessing my own recordings from the SD card has become much less convenient. I don’t need a cloud subscription—I bought this camera specifically because it supports local storage.
Please stop making the free SD card experience worse just to encourage subscriptions. Very disappointing.

I’m not interested in another subscription service. Reason I ditched the Ring doorbell was to get away from that. I shall be looking for another device…
