Worst App in existence!
Let me start by saying that i almost never leave reviews let alone negative ones. But boy this app is one of THE worst app+product I have EVER used. It glitches like crazy, it lags 98.9% of the time and especially when you need to review any videos the app is just horrible. Just for a bit of background my modem and router are 15 feet away from the camera and I have around 1gbps internet speeds so it’s not that. Their app and products are just horrible. But hey they make sure to advertise in every inch you look the fact that they offer this feature and that feature with their paid subscription. I even paid for that subscription and when I ran into issues I had to spend hours all the time trying to get to one of the reps to help me fix the laggy apps and cameras they have. People honestly save couple more dollars and buy a better product from a better company. Apparently this company is ran more like a college student owned side hustle than a legit respectable business. What a JOKE!

Easy setup
The cameras are very easy to setup. Great video. As with most reviews there needs to be a manual video recording length allowed. Recording video stops before subject is out of the view of the camera. Most videos are too short. The camera seems to have a hard time detecting small animals which is one reason we purchased the T2 Max Ultra (6) cameras. We live in the country and find seeing the various animals important. The description of 20 second or 60 second recording is a little misleading. Overall I have it a 4 star. I hope in the near future Aosu will add the option for manually setting the recording length. I ok understand that it is currently set the way it is to conserve the battery for solar units and storage but at least let the user decide what fits best for their circumstance. Bugs and control issues continue to persist and multiply. The last three instances of NEEDING this app to work in the moment, it didn’t.
Really great!
The app is easy to use and the cameras are easy to mount and install and sync with the app. We are very happy and feel more secure.
Great Cameras
I bought the D1 Max System on Amazon, with four cameras. They were very easy to install and have very good clarity on the videos. I love the fact that they can be set to watch the parked vehicles with Parking Guard. I then bought the Doorbell camera and replaced my only doorbell. It was also easy to install and with the included wire extensions. I also purchased a T2 camera for my shed. So far I am liking the cameras and the solar chargers keep them charged at 100% . Best security investment ever.

Simple install
This unit was easy to install and setup. Pleased with the basic programming support. The upgrade push is a bit much.
Too many steps to delete events
It was bad enough before - now they’ve updated the app and added about 3 more steps - and you have to go through all these steps for EVERY DAY you want to delete . They need to add a bulk delete option

Hot garbage
Updates don’t even say what they are for. Just same generic wording that tells you nothing. When you do an update it is not for your benefit, just a means by which they (hard) push cloud services on you and make it more and more difficult to keep your system local. Extremely disappointing!
Notifications are questionable…
When is the AI going to learn the difference between a car and a person??
It’s very un-nerving getting notifications during the night telling me someone is lingering outside, only to open the app and see it’s a car driving past!
I’ve been labelling the AI as incorrect for months now but it still tells me that cars are a person 🙄 Granted, there is a person in the car but it’s dark so the person cannot be seen!

Great cameras
I own the solar cameras and they are great. The app is easy to use and they are always up to date
Well Developed Security Camera
This outdoor camera is loaded with features. I really like the color enhancement for night viewing and the motorized tracking to follow moving objects. It also integrated with Google Home and Alexa. Very impressive device.

Great product and seamless installation giving us ability to monitor while on vacation or just away for part of the day.
Great cameras
Had them for almost a year and I love them. Had to contact customer service on 1 of the cameras that stopped working after a few months. I was shipped a replacement in fair amount of time. Happy with the customer service.
Some things are just difficult to find
The cameras have been great, the app has been great except for somethings are just difficult to find by being to vague. Like being able to quickly turn of the warning message.
Aosu cameras
We used to use ring cameras but the battery would die often and paying for storage became too expressive. We tried Aosu and love it! Records well and the battery lasts a while.
Great camera, no subscription
Very good quality, good camera and exceptional support, really happy with my purchase, best part is no subscription needed
