Super pleased
Started off with having a four pack solar setup at one location and I am crazy impressed with the wifi range the units pickup. Have one about 250ft from the base and ZERO issues. Truly a great value for anyone. Second setup we have at another location is the two split camera motorized solar powered. Love their functionality.

Die Aosu App erfüllt ihren eigentlichen Hauptzweck ohne Fehl und Tadel: Die Verbindung zu den Sicherheitskameras steht meist stabil, Live-Streams werden meist verlässlich geladen und Push-Benachrichtigungen bei Bewegungserkennungen kommen zügig an. Technisch und funktional macht die Anwendung das, was sie soll.
Das große Manko liegt jedoch in der Benutzeroberfläche und der visuellen Gestaltung. Das Design wirkt teils veraltet, unübersichtlich und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Einstellungen sind teilweise tief in verschachtelten Menüs versteckt, Schrifttypen und Abstände wirken uneinheitlich und die visuelle Hierarchie führt dazu, dass wichtige Funktionen nicht intuitiv auffindbar sind. Auch die Anpassung an moderne Displays (wie flüssige Animationen oder ein durchdachtes Dark-Mode-Konzept) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Anpassung an iOS27 (Liquid Glass) findet meiner Meinung nach kaum statt. Außerdem weist die Anwendung viele Grammatikalische Fehler auf. Zudem ist hinzuzufügen, dass die App gar nicht auf das iPad angepasst wurde und ebenfalls sollte eine der wichtigsten Funktionen sein, über PC / Windows auf die Kameras zugreifen zu können. Das funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Abgesehen davon könnte man durchaus die Multi-View-Anzeige maximieren, sodass man mehr als vier Kameras gleichzeitig streamen kann. Die Entwickler sollten dringend Ressourcen in ein umfassendes Redesign und die Implementierung einer angemessenen Darstellung auf Windows und dem iPad investieren, um das visuelle Erlebnis an die solide technische Basis anzupassen. Da die Anwendung eine Bewertung von 3,6 Sternen aufweist, wird nur eine durchschnittliche Benutzerzufriedenheit geschafft.

When somebody stepped on my porch it’s 5 to 10 minutes before I get notified. That is way toooooo long. Help

I want you to write a small review on these cameras. I have four cameras and I just got all of them different. and for the most part, the camera is OK however, the app is horrible. probably the worst app I ever seen of cameras it freezes. A lot heaven forbid if you’re ever in need or someone comes in your yard at night you might as well forget it. You’re not gonna see it till maybe next morning if you get to see any movement at all. on a good note, the company has given me the money back on one camera however it does not neglect affect it. They didn’t fix the issue. now have an issue with the others doesn’t matter if you’re on the cloud or the SD card I have used both and both have the same issues.

Basic Package
There is no manual, no internet control within app, cameras do not have a clear picture at night and there are many updates needed.
Gets worse with each update
Every update makes this ring camera app worse. Now I can’t even see the events. I realize I don’t subscribe but they used to show a still pic in the events. Now it keeps saying no events. I’m tired of buying new doorbell cameras.

It’s a great product. Good results even in low light. Only issue it records maximum 60sec clip.

The quality of camera resolution is not bad. However, the network searching or connection is poor that it took at least 5 minutes to find my WiFi.

Die App ist gut zu bedienen, die Funktionen sind gut angeordnet. Allerdings gibt es immer wieder Aktualisierungsprobleme. So wird über den Button intelligente Sicherheit eine Einstellung gewählt, diese wird jedoch mit einem Fehler quittiert, obwohl sie dennoch übernommen wurde. Auch beim Löschen der Videos gibt es immer wieder Verzögerungen. Da würde ich mir mehr Komfort zum löschen aller Videos wünschen. Toll ist, das für die wichtigsten Funktionen wirklich kein kostenpflichtiges Abo nötig ist.

Reason for 2 stars is the “notifications have become Almost Useless” - it will be 1-2+ minutes after a person or car appears - or I will already be on the road when I get the notification of being in the driveway.
Have been using Aosu cameras for over 2 years now, especially appreciate the local storage - no subscription and no data collection in the app.

Indoor cameras and outdoor solar cameras
Good cameras but they dont respond to the camera controls such as rotation and most times the talk function doesn’t work on the indoor rotating C2E2D cameras. My outdoor solar cameras are great but also sometimes the rotation function doesn’t cooperate well. Hope they can fix these issues with a software update.

Kinda useless
Pros: quality is nice and it has a wide range of motion.
Cons: the camera doesn’t save any videos unless you walk directly in front of it.
I have mine in my backyard, it doesn’t alert or save videos of me walking in the backyard whatsoever. In direct view of the camera. I’d say it alerts and saves footage when I’m no further than 5 feet from the camera. And that’s still not a guarantee.
We got this camera in case our neighbor threw anything in the backyard to harm our dogs as there has been threats of that. Unfortunately the camera wouldn’t save any footage if that were to happen. I’d have to be monitoring live to see anything.

App not working properly
Again today a few of my cameras are not sensing people or giving me notifications. Time to look for a new camera system.
Terrible. Please never get one and save yourself from hell
These rarely work. They work when nothing is happening, but the second a bunch of things happen, and they send you notifications something is going on, they stop working and say “offline” or “can’t connect”. They only save SOME videos of events that happen, and one of ours broke after 3-5 months. It can move up and down, but can’t move left to right anymore. It’s about as bad as you can get for a camera you pay this much for. Please save yourself the trouble. Get a name brand camera
