Doesn’t work.

When trying to send fax only thing that happens is that the prepaid cost is deducted from my account and nothing is sent.

Disappointed

Very upset. I realize that faxes won’t go thru for whatever reason but why am I losing pages every time I try. I should only lose pages after a fax has gone thru successfully. This is not cheap and I have disability due to Covid. I have to fax alot and can’t afford to keep purchasing sheets.
