Doesn’t work.
When trying to send fax only thing that happens is that the prepaid cost is deducted from my account and nothing is sent.
Disappointed
Very upset. I realize that faxes won’t go thru for whatever reason but why am I losing pages every time I try. I should only lose pages after a fax has gone thru successfully. This is not cheap and I have disability due to Covid. I have to fax alot and can’t afford to keep purchasing sheets.

Paid for 20 pages. Tried to send a fax several times. Each time it said something went wrong, didn't send the fax, and deducted several credits. I finally ran out of credits and patience.

The first time I used this app to send a fax I purchased 50 fax pages and it failed to send the fax five times. I tried but was unable to contact the developer.

I paid for 10 pages, I tried to send 3. It said something was wrong and it didn't send. I tried to resend and it wanted me to pay again. Waste of time and money.

I bought a new phone and my data was automatically transferred.
I had 5 fax pages available, and now when I try to use the app it says I have -9. When I try to contact the developers, it gives me an error saying I don’t have an email setup. There is no option to add an email, and I can’t manage my account.

Paying for faxes that don’t go through
Bought pages and tried to send. Had to buy more pages. Faxes didn’t go through. Emailed support and no response or refund. Used other service and faxes went through.
Looks promising but one significant shortcoming
There appears to be no way to delete or withdraw a fax once it has been sent but not yet delivered. I sent a fax in error to a landline and, once having realized that, wanted to cancel it but could not find any method of doing so. So, the landline kept ringing - to the annoyance of the person on the other end - and there was nothing I could do to cancel the operation.

This app works like a charm
Since I no longer have a landline, I don’t have anyway to fax anything from home. This is an ideal way to solve the problem.

I tried 3 times to send an 8 page fax. Each time it required more money for pages with the same result. I’ve emailed twice and I am still waiting for a refund.

Potential scam
This is the first time I’ve ever been scammed by an app on the App Store. I don’t know if it’s malicious or just negligence on the developer’s end. I tried sending a fax with this app and it returned an error code, which is fine. But the problem is that it deducts the credits you buy despite the error.

Failed customer support.
Issue: fax credits where deducted from my account while the app didn’t send anything.
I emailed customer support through their “contact us” in app settings and was sent an email back with an unable to deliver notification.
I feel I was cheated out of my money and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I don’t recommend this mediocre app.
