Great products, app lacking
Paying hundreds (or thousands) for a device, you would think it would give you a ton of diagnostic and power usage data within the app. Nope, I have to spin up a custom VM and install separate hardware in order to see historical power usage on my delta 2 + smart battery.

Functionality good, graphics no so
Over all I am happy with it, but the frequent decision to use tiny grey text on a black background makes it impossible to read. Please, increase the font size 2 points and use a high contrast difference. Such as the good old ‘white on black.’
One shortfall is that when I set my grid price (so I can see how much the electricity I generated for myself would have cost if I had paid for it ) it does not have the option for me to set it correctly.
I get half price electricity between midnight and 7am UTC.
There is no option to set the unit cost based on time of day. I pay 35p most of the time, and 17.5p for 7 hours.

I don’t want ads. I don’t want AI. I already bought your product. I’m not going to be buying any more if I’m blasted with ads trying to adjust the settings of the product I already have. I’m not going to use the assistant that will probably just try to get me to buy another product. Just give me the app that lets me do what I need to do.

Nothing But Frustration
Bought the smart home panel, 2 Delta Pros & 2 batteries as a backup for if/when the power goes out. They have been nothing but frustration from the beginning. Biggest waste of money and time!! If I could give this negative 100 stars, I would.

Updates of Death
Every time this app or system update it either break the system or the app. Now I did a new update on a replacement system and guess what it’s struggling to stay connected to the app and even operate the device outside.
Let’s ask a legit questions, do you guys actually test these updates before pushing them out to people, the return process is a whole hassle and leave you out of a device for as long as it takes for them to receive the bad unit to send out a new one.

Won’t be buying anymore EcoFlow junk!
Buying anything but garbage is getting impossible these days and ecoflow seems to be one of the worst. I really need a decent API built into the device, no cloud rubbish thats throttled, changed, removed, blocked… I had the micro-inverter working great until ecoflow changed something and now it’s impossible to get anything information out of the stream unless I goto the app. Sadly the app is useless for doing anything USEFUL with the data so as soon as an alternative is available i’ll be switching. Which is a shame since I was almost tempted to buy a battery but once burned… 😡
How hard is it to just leave the API on the device? All this moving the goalposts gives “incoming subscription” vibes so yeah, I’ll skip the future purchases and pick more consumer friendly products companies!

This generator is a complete beast it worked incredible and ran anything I plugged in washer dryer refrigerator but I just wanted to see is all the hype real or not.well I have to say it’s the sleekest and most powerful 4000wats of power I’m sure in a power outage I don’t think I’d waste the energy to run a refrigerator as it will drain some of the power but this thing is really a king of full house generators no noise at all has a fantastic pull out handle two nice smooth tires on back and pick handle up wheel around where you want it. Just an all around great machine and I have to say it’s a beautiful unit not to be hidden as it really looks sleek and well built. Stay warm or cool always and have more power than you can run your home.

Kia ora tatou katoa, I live in the ffn I love this so much, it’s life changing. Very easy to set up, uploaded to my phone it’s so convenient. I can see what’s happening even when I’m not home. I have it wired to my switch board and it runs my whole house. I am currently telling friends whanau all about it and highly recommend it to anyone interested in going off grid. I also love the fact that I can take it camping if I wanted to, amazing. Also the support team are very helpful whenever I need help, they give all the information I need. I am so grateful for EcoFlow Delta Pro3 the best buy for your money.

Looks nice but…
Bizarre that you cannot set electricity rates exactly, as only allows whole hour times, not even half hour times! I would ask are we still in the dark ages but I’m fairly sure even then times didn’t have to be exact hours only! Makes it a gamble to try the hyped automation settings so the “smart” use of charging or discharging can be used, as the initial data set it timing and price cannot be set accurately.

Excellent products and App
I am very happy with my purchase of the Delta 3 1024wh power station. The app is functional. I have a request for the app developers. When I click on the run time it shows battery percentage. Please add the run time available at the current power draw. The font size is too small on the main page for me to clearly see.

Instalar esta aplicación ,me pidió actualización de software y luego de la actualización de mi Ecoflow dejó de reconocer la batería externa ,me puse en contacto con el soporte técnico de la aplicación y no me dan respuestas clara
