Really don't need an AI assistant in this app. It's not obvious how to turn it off and obnoxiously there by default like

Onboarding is rough and time consuming
Imagine, you just bought this expensive shiny new EcoFlow solar setup and you want to know “how much power am I collecting?” this app makes it difficult, buy the Bluetti stuff. This app makes you create an account, name the house/space, intro flows. 10 minutes on app setup just to get the system output.

App Data is Good
Ocean pro, inverter, 2 batteries, Smart panel. Overall, the app reflects the data from the devices although a bit more definition of how and what that data means would be excellent for a new user of the system. After a week of Use, I’m finally understanding the data provided a bit better. The use logs give accurate information on consumption, charge rate and time of use. So far the app has helped us learn to use excess solar energy smarter to keep our overall off-grid costs at zero. Simple adjustments like doing laundry in the afternoon versus first thing in the morning.

Ridiculously inefficient
The app requires over 1GB of space on my iPhone and in my iCloud backup. The program itself takes over 700MB and requires more than 300MB additional storage for the data. For what it does that’s incredibly wasteful, especially given the current prices of RAM and flash memory. Not only that but when it updates it requires downloading the whole thing all over again.

Fantastic company
It seems as if when I first started becoming aware as a prepper, and needing some kind of back up power I went to Ecoflow installed it out with their small river and then to the river to and then to the Delta then the Delta to the Delta max. I don’t buy just what I need to buy more than enough so that I can help another in need I’m not done yet!

Stupid updates taking 10x as long to connect to the same device. Having a hard time connecting. And the app is completely redesigned which makes it even more frustrating to use them what I’m used to. When it works the way it supposed to-LEAVE IT AS IS!!!🤬

Don’t waste your money
Usable but extremely buggy
Each release seems to fix a bug and introduces two new bugs. The product is usable but the app is immature from a developer perspective.
2x DP3 4xEBs off grid
The App worked great with all the information it provided. Lots of information provided for the DP3, the River, the Delta, and Alternator Charger. All systems working great. Off grid for 2 years.

basically no way to create a new account and get yourself back online in less than an hour extremely annoying when you’re out in the boondocks and it’s a safety thing

Eco wish it actually flowed
Cant for the life of me hook this unit up to a standard wifi connection chatted with someone who gave some directions an then they ended the chat and cant be reached again. The directions didn’t help at all and now I’m still in the same boat with a unit that won’t update.
Great Backup and Portable Power
Delta 3 Plus and River 3 Plus keep my wife’s work system online during power outages. UPS in both units is fantastic. In addition, being able to take the Delta 3 Plus easily into our storm shelter so we can have lights and fans. This make it less scary for the kids and comfortable for everyone.
Requires account
Application still requires signing up for a EcoFlow internet account to configure something locally over Bluetooth. No way to configure the product until you forfeit your privacy to a company who manufactured a battery you physically own.

But does not support smart panel widget along with delta pro and ultra. Minor, but would be very helpful!

They advertise features the app doesn’t have
The AI assistant tells me I can see the power output of the solar panel fir the day, week and month. I couldn’t get that info so I called the support line. After a very long wait I was told that feature is not available. This a TERRIBLE company to deal with.
