Poorly designed; bad AI assistant
App is sluggish and works poorly. There is a buggy “AI assistant” that can’t be turned off and pops messages up at random times that block parts of the interface.
Great app/ Off grid living
I find the app to be awesome. The sense of knowing I can check what’s going on with my Ecoflow Delta 2 without having to get up to check. The settings and eco points are a cool incentive. Great app so far and great product living off grid Travel trailer camping due to recent homelessness. Can’t wait to increase capacity and see what else EF has to offer. 5/5

Why does this app STILL need to take up 1gb of space?
It doesn’t. It’s just not written very efficiently

Just like the title, they are the answer. Was looking for solutions outdoor generator.? So confusing and then I came up upon this unit and the reviews cemented it for me. Took delivery this morning and downloaded the app. Updated the firmware easier than any device I’ve ever used and as soon as it’s charged, I’m gonna tuck that baby away for a snowy stormy day. Thank you, EcoFlow.

Non stop push ads
Decent app but the constant push notifications with ads render the push unusable and you can’t know about real issues
App use 1.2 GB, update 770 MB!!

App doesn’t work
It says there is no input or wattage being used, and the battery level shows 0% even though the battery is fully charged.
I’m also unable to make or save any changes to the device through the app. For example, I can’t adjust the input power because the app keeps disconnecting from the device repeatedly, even though I’m standing right next to it.

Handy App
I primarily use it for updates and configuring and monitoring my Delta 2 and Glacier, it does the job nicely.

This is a good product but I didn’t like the fact that it cannot be expanded
Needs a couple of adjustments
Use this app daily with my battery. It’s good in the whole but two things need changing please: for my time of use rate I can only select hourly increments. Can you make them every 15 or 30 minutes please, as that is what my provider does.
Also I accidentally put the wrong rate in (wrong decimal point)and then could not change it later, so app data are all wrong now forever, as it thinks for the period I made 100 times as much money for export as I actually made. Please allow retrospective changes!

It keeps saying my device is not using any power
It says there’s no input or wattage being used, and my battery is zero but it’s full.
Self Sustainable
Great product with a great feeling of peace and security. It is user friendly and easy to set up. Everyone should have one, thank you EcoFlow for a great energy product.

Can’t use app without an internet account with EcoFlow. BLE doesn’t require an account.
Might have connection issues?
When you first loaded the app, it shows the stats for your device, but then it has a red line and says zero for the input and output.
0A 12V charge
Make the app have a 0A 12V charge limit so it can be turned off in app
Survival box
This device is clutch in emergency situations. Power out and no time limit on a return, I just grab my Delta 4 and charge all the essentials. I will say the only down side is needing the app to customize it. I do wish it had customization option directly on the unit but other than that I like this thing.

Overall Review
Seems to work good without any major issues. I am just very upset that the extra battery cannot be used independently. I expected a system like this to have that capability especially for the price. Lugging around over 200 pounds every time I need extra power in a different location is not beneficial. EcoFlow should really consider having at least 1 outlet on the extra battery
The handle does not lock all the way back in. Shouldn’t have to fix anything for a system that costs thousands. As I expand on my solar system investment, I .will look at other options and use this system as a backup plan B.
Overall I’d say that this is a very functional and above average quality system. I am a quality engineer by profession do I would give EcoFlow an A-.
