Timer settings unreliable
It’s a cute light, but I mainly use it for the timer function so it’s easier to wake up in the mornings when it’s dark out. Despite having it set at a certain time throughout the week, some days it just chooses not to turn on which is annoying.

Doesn’t work anymore
What’s the point of selling a product just for it to eventually stop working? This company has wasted so many people’s money.

Don’t bother with this app or product. It seems as tho this Chinese company went out of business cause they stopped working. The apps no longer work, there was no warning and all the products are bricked and stuck. It’s sad cause we pay a premium to use the app and customize. It worked at one point and then all of a sudden it didn’t. 1 star. Do not buy.

“Network Error”
For some reason this app stopped working. The lamp stays on the last color settings I set it to. When I tried going into the app to change those settings, I kept getting “network error” notifications. My Wi-Fi is connected just fine. I planned to forget the device and reconnect it, but it logged me out of the app. I can’t even click on “forgot password” to reset it because I keep getting “network error.” No idea how to fix any of this if I can’t login to the app.
