Unable To Remove Acc
I requested to have my account removed from the app as I no longer use their service but there’s no way to do that. Dodgy af!
Key collection
This app is good for key collection. Can see the slots and make booking directly. Can submit defect also

My condo has recently implemented this new app and is so much better than previous apps we used. More smooth and user friendly.
Poor UX
The user experience is poor. No dark mode. No way to adjust text size. Could be so much better and friendier.
