Not easy
The whole process is easy, but the cleaners are very slow, and cannot finish the job within allocated time, after assuring me that they can…i had quote from other non app agencies, much cheaper and they can get the job done faster than this app
Cant Get A Cleaner
Useless.. can’t even get a cleaner. Wasted my money and now have to wait 3 business days to claim the money I spent because can’t even get a cleaner!
Lousy service
Already booked for female crew because of only my mother in law at home. Paid extra but 5 minutes before the session start, sent an apology message crew not available and need to reschedule at other time, with male crew. What is this???
Orders often got canceled last minute
Lot of my sessions was cancelled last minute, be careful when you book, so you can make sure your schedule won’t be messed up
Too arrogant once they are fully booked
