Disappointed
Really disappointed for first time user which recommended by my fren. Booked at 6pm but no one comes to do a job. Two days before booked day, their staff or vendor whatsapps asked for rearrange time/no.of cleaner which leads me to a negotiation. But, on the booked day there was no one comes and we waiting the cleaner/staff for almost 30min. We called the listed cleaner in the apps n the staff/vendor(previous nego) but no one answered. We reached out customer support by whatapps and ask for refund. Not luck the money was refund into ewallet apps, meaning still need to use their service and book again, really really reallyyy disapointed. If cannot do the services by given time then why put it in the app, if cannot provide the job then why making such an fool and useless apps ??? And u know what after confirmed cancel, then the staff/vendor response us with excuses for emergency ohh really ?? Hell no we believe it !

This app is excellent
Okay tasks app is excellent and very convenient to use. I really love how easy it is to book cleaners on demand, even at short notice. The flexibility is a huge plus — you can choose short or long cleaning hours depending on your needs, and also select how many cleaners you want for the job. Highly recommended!

Terrible
Every time I book at a time I PICKED, the cleaning company never follows my time. They always want me to follow their time. You need to make an option where I can pick which companies I want to clean my place. It’s always the same company that accepts my order and ends up coming later. It ruins my schedule!

It’s a joke
I have been placed order for three time via this platform, here is my experience for your reference.
First, it was a short service order, the cleaner react slow and not really helping on the cleaning. Once times up, gone immediately, fine! I ordered short service and underestimated the time of usage.
Secondly, the cleaner came late for more than 30 mins, but overall was ok, the cleaner react fast and manage to clean whole house within 1.5 hour, acceptable.
Third, which the most terrible experience, the girl who came, I ask her to wipe and clean the aircond filter first, then proceed with others, because my ceiling fans was full of dirt. The girl told me that she don’t know how to clean as she is first time doing. Of course I did told her just take out the filter and wipe exterior of the aircond only. She washed the filter and try to put it back without drying. I immediately contact to the customer service and they was telling me that the aircond cleaning is not including, means they are expecting me to order a cleaning service for my house but I need to wipe the aircond myself. Fine! Then the girl was standing there and stare at me asking me what she should do next, I paid the cleaning fee and help the service provider company to train their cleaner for free. Another joke! The girl was late to my premise and react slow, one hour gone, only the aircond was cleaned, and I got four ceiling fans ahead! I rather do it myself instead of wasting time lead the service provider how to deliver their job!
