Really Helpful for busy parent. The apps is easy to use, smooth booking process, and give peace of mind when finding a trusted baby sitter.
Still no notification settings
I use Kiddocare almost daily and it has been a life saver BUT please put notification settings in the app! 1. Booking notifications: If I make multiple bookings, I get the SAME ‘Please be patient’ notifications repeatedly. Even in the middle of the night.
2. Promotions: Customers should have the option to disable promotional notifications. It’s 2026 already.

Experience in baby sitting
Overall the app is nice. But the baby sitting rate is high.
Initially, I was not told about the rate during booking. The hourly rate pop up when the app matching babysitter to me (scheduling session). In my case, RM160 per hour. Very expensive. Probably is because of last minute order (request for tomorrow and Friday).

App needs some upgrades
Service is amazing, however app needs to be more friendly especially for repeat customers such as me, so that the similar details doesn't need to be entered every single time a service is procured.
