Really Helpful for busy parent. The apps is easy to use, smooth booking process, and give peace of mind when finding a trusted baby sitter.
Still no notification settings
I use Kiddocare almost daily and it has been a life saver BUT please put notification settings in the app! 1. Booking notifications: If I make multiple bookings, I get the SAME ‘Please be patient’ notifications repeatedly. Even in the middle of the night.
2. Promotions: Customers should have the option to disable promotional notifications. It’s 2026 already.

Experience in baby sitting
Overall the app is nice. But the baby sitting rate is high.
Initially, I was not told about the rate during booking. The hourly rate pop up when the app matching babysitter to me (scheduling session). In my case, RM160 per hour. Very expensive. Probably is because of last minute order (request for tomorrow and Friday).

App needs some upgrades
Service is amazing, however app needs to be more friendly especially for repeat customers such as me, so that the similar details doesn't need to be entered every single time a service is procured.

Very happy with the service. The sitter took great care of my baby at the waterpark, helped her fall asleep, and kept me updated throughout the day. My baby felt safe and very comfortable with her. Truly appreciate the care given.

I’ve used KiddoCare a few times now and the experience has been consistently excellent. The carer assigned to us has been amazing. Carer handles my son Hayden with so much patience and knows how to entertain him well. Really appreciate the level of professionalism and care. Highly recommended.

The best babysitting app!
I’ve used Kiddocare for many years and have great experiences with their carers. It’s easy to use, price is reasonable especially if you get their Payday Sale vouchers. If I encounter any issues at all, it’s usually resolved within minutes. They’re so reliable and I will continue using them as it’s allowed me some peace of mind while I have to do work or run errands. I’ve purchased their vouchers as gifts to friends too. Really grateful for Kiddocare!

Such an easy and convenient app to book a babysitter. I booked one day before and was matched with a babysitter within minutes. She was great and very attentive with the kids. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely book again if I ever need help

I really like Kiddo’s service because I can book anytime, it’s reliable, the carers are experienced, and my kids are safe under their care. My kids also get to learn through play with the carer! 🥰
