App won’t connect to my wifi. Useful!
Useless device
Unless you have a router that creates a dedicated 2.4gz wifi signal, the device is useless and won't connect. Unacceptable for 2026 technology.
Product and app both suck
The app blows!!! Never finds the WiFi signal needed to set up product, even though it says right on the product box “ easy set up, just plug in, no set up needed to start monitoring” which is total bs!!!

This is a stupid app because you cannot pressure confirm button when you want to create an account!
Disappointed
I have purchased 2 of these devices. They work ok but I feel tech and tech support could be much better. You can’t speak to anyone directly. You have to wait for an email. It’s tedious. Also the device often has syncing issues and if disconnected from the network ( happens CONSTANTLY) you have to manually reconnect it doesn’t auto connect. Too much money for a PIA

Useless
Wish I read the app review before I bought this. Won’t scan wifi networks correctly. Finds neighbours signals but not mine next to the router. Can’t use app at all. Very upset with the service delivery. iPhone 17Pro
WiFi connect painful
Just spent the last hour trying to get this device to connect to my wifi. I specifically assigned it to a 2.4ghz channel only and there was no way this was working. I then switched to another wifi that had 2.4, 5 and 6 ghz and it randomly connected anyhow. Improvements needed.

Can’t finish setup
I am unable to setup my ecoqube because I cannot click the radon mitigation field as the app won’t allow me to scroll down. Therefore I cannot setup my device and it is rendered useless.
Minor display glitches
After signing in, the app briefly shows the ‘Sign Up’/‘Log In’ screens, and the dashboard sometimes shows no devices until I refresh via the menu.

On the iphone12 pro the safe zone will not allow the mitigation answer to be entered. ChatGPT recognizes this issue but can’t work around issue. So can’t use the software.

Not worth the hassle
App won’t find my WiFi. Looks like a frequent issue, even if you have a 2.4ghz network for it. Not worth troubleshooting when easily replaced by product with better accessibility and similar (if not better) functionality.
Terrible UI
Going to set up account and the last field required (current mitigation) to advance page is hidden from view so there’s no way to set up the acct.
Please fix your app ASAP
In the last month only (after using this for about a year with infrequent issues), I don’t get consistent up to date readings when I open the app. First of all there is a delay (a login screen appears briefly before the reading loads) but often multiple times in one day i will have to rejoin/reenter my wifi network/password to view the current radon level…often this is also after seeing a message that says “Last synced …hrs …mins ago” and hourly data has not being recorded for however long the device had been offline. I was quite happy with the product up until recently. Please fix, it really is important to have accurate information as I adjust the ventilation in my living space through the day based on the readings from your device.

Works great!
This app and the EcoQube are working great. I’ve had the device in service for about 6 weeks at this point and no issues to report.
I have an enhancement request. It would be helpful to also plot the barometric pressure on the chart so that users can see the correlation in the two datasets.

Not Quite Ready for Prime Time
When my partner synchs with the sensor, the app kicks me off, making the app a bit less useful than one might want.
UI is a bit kludgy, too, with registering a device involving a long list of info to put in, but the Next button way up at the top of the screen, leading me to have to hunt for it a couple of times.

Excellent when it works but that’s unfortunate rare
It frequently disconnects and for hours at a time.
It’s very hard to recommend the Eco Qube EQ100 when this is a constant issue on a mesh network, despite creating a separate 2.4 GHz IoT network I still cannot get a reliable connection.

Worst app ever
Wont even pull up the list of available wifi to connect to. Keep loading on searching wifi……..
