Can’t log back in
It’s been a while since I used my scooter so for some reason the app signed me out now EVERYTIME I try to sign in in starts bugging and not letting me it says click on captcha to send password and when u type in the password it doesn’t log you in
Locked out
I forgot my password after linking it to my phone and can not use my es6 scooter, even when I tried the “forgot password “ icon. I can not get any help to unlock it!
Worst app
This app looks good and all, but basically when you try pairing, it doesn’t work at all. There’s no pair button on the actual scooter I searched up on Google on how to pair it. I’ve tried every method. Nothing works so this app sucks don’t try it.
⭐️ 1 Star — “$700 Bricked by ECOROAD App in One Week”
I had my ECOROAD ES4 for one week before this app completely locked it down. The scooter will not pair, reset, or unlock. Every screen is a frozen loop of errors and dead-end prompts. This isn’t a bug—it’s negligence disguised as an app.
Support does not exist. Accountability does not exist. The real “tool” in this situation isn’t the scooter—it’s the developers, whose incompetence and nonexistent customer service have effectively taken my property hostage. A $700 scooter should be a vehicle, a convenience, a tool for freedom—but with this app, it’s a paperweight controlled by broken software and absent support.
Avoid this app. Avoid ECOROAD scooters entirely. I’m sharing this so no one else wastes time, money, and energy on a product that locks you out, traps your investment, and offers zero recourse.
