The app does not seem to be updating though the water unit itself seems to be working and is online
Desperately Needs Updating
I have had my two systems for about five years. This app works in the most basic level. I haven’t received notifications for maybe three or four years. It’s cumbersome, ugly and desperately needs to be brought into the modern era.
Furthermore Eco Water needs to bring up to date guides on the their app or YouTube for simple maintenance like updating WiFi, resetting filter change notifications, etc. The only thing worst than this app is nothing at all.

Push Nachrichten wären toll
Leider funktionieren die Push Benachrichtigungen nicht - so bekommt man nicht wirklich mit wenn der Salzvorrat zur Neige geht

Stopped working
Was working fine until this weekend when it does not recognize my U/P, even tried resetting password it did not recognize the email so I could not even change the password
App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. Switched back to login page before finished creating new account. We tried setting up a new account because it would not let us login on the account we set up. Very frustrating. Wasted a lot of our time.
As of iOS 26 Oct 2025, app not working
As of Oct 2025 the app doesn’t work, doesn’t allow for login and doesn’t show my RO device. It’s just stuck on Initialising configuration message and doesn’t move ahead. I have checked all WiFi config and rebooted router also. The device says it’s connected to the WiFi and Internet also. Please investigate. Update- issue is website being down and app stuck fixed. No updates to this app for 1 year remains!

Notifications stopped working
First I was getting Notifications a few times a week and now I don’t get any! My outside faucet was dripping for over a week and I should have received a notification. This defeats the purpose of this system! This is why I upgraded! PLEASE FIX THIS!

Benutzen der App erneut einloggen. Es gibt leider keine Funktion diesen Login zu speichern.
Außerdem sollte es möglich sein, bei geringem Salzstand in der App benachrichtigt zu werden.

Login wird nicht gespeichert
Ist nicht in Ordnung: Login wird leider nicht gespeichert . Man muss sich immer wieder anmelden.
Mostly useless
The app doesn’t help with anything: it doesn’t send any notifications (any alerts are sent via email), it doesn’t let you know if WiFi connection is lost, batteries died, filters need replacement, etc.). The ONLY benefit as I see it is to the vendor who can use customers WiFi connection to track when they need to make sales calls.

Worst app ever
Designed and functions as if created by a 2 yr old. This app makes it difficult to log into your account and stayed logged in. It’s easier to use the browser. All the sales pitch about a great service from a company owner by Warren Buffet are a scam. This app is useless

L’app funziona abbastanza bene. Peccato che, almeno nel mio caso, non registri uno storico superiore ai 3 mesi . Io ho l’addolcitore dal luglio 2023 e ho perso tutti i dati di consumo fino al maggio 2024.

Like others I don’t get notifications (and my iOS and app settings are right). The app is also missing very basic information like when the last recharge was. Right now this app has very little utility.
Worst app to connect
After multiple sessions following instructions still no connectivity! Does not even deserve a star. So frustrated…
