Doesn’t work
It says my account number doesn’t exist but it’s the number on my invoices and on the website, so obviously this app has some issues.

Useless App
This app is useless! There’s no way to update my credit card or even see my payment method. No support or contact information! Can schedule service or see history of treatments. That’s about it! What’s the point if I have to call the old fashioned way?
Someone needs to hire an app developer
I just downloaded it. I signed up with my phone number and email (don’t have the account number). It got me all registered and sent me an email confirmation.
I tried to log into the app and it needs the account number which I don’t have and the email didn’t include it.
The mail said if I had questions to respond. Turns out it was sent from an email address that can’t accept input.
Guys - hire someone who knows what they are doing. This is the face of your business.

Issue scheduling
So our Apollo Beach Florida location doesn’t use the app. They said you have to call in and the app isn’t supported.
That’s a little frustrating since I was able to log in and ‘schedule’ service in the app. I only found issues when I never got a cal back.
I would advise building in a system if they don’t use to app to say it in there.
