Speaker rocks
As stated previously, can’t connect the app to the speaker. Brand new defender I picked up today 9/11/26
Terrible app!
Defender speaker is awesome! But this app is terrible. No matter what it won’t connect. Shameful!
App sucks speaker is awesome
I bought the defender because it was cheaper and had a bottle opener and LED lights but I guess I get what I payed for right this app blows major D!!!!
Will not connect
I just bought this ecoxgear and it is one of their newer products and just like the other reviews that is left on this app. It will not connect even though I’m connected through Bluetooth and playing music through my phone. I’ll try to get it with and without BT and any other way I can find, but I’ve never been able to find it since ive had the app.

Useless
Absolutely love the product my EcoXgear defender works great much better than my turtle box but I do have to say the app is completely trash. It will not connect. I’ve done everything It said online for the settings to try to get it to connect and it just won’t at all. If they could update this app and fix all the bugs and get the app working with their product then it’s a absolute five star. But for now this is my rating.

Won’t connect
Granted, my ECOXGEAR device is old and has always given me trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my iPhone, this app can’t even locate nor connect to the app. It’s pretty useless. I’d rate it zero if I could. Better yet, I’m just going to delete it and save my storage space.
