Useless

Absolutely love the product my EcoXgear defender works great much better than my turtle box but I do have to say the app is completely trash. It will not connect. I’ve done everything It said online for the settings to try to get it to connect and it just won’t at all. If they could update this app and fix all the bugs and get the app working with their product then it’s a absolute five star. But for now this is my rating.

Won’t connect

Granted, my ECOXGEAR device is old and has always given me trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my iPhone, this app can’t even locate nor connect to the app. It’s pretty useless. I’d rate it zero if I could. Better yet, I’m just going to delete it and save my storage space.
