Crashing after Acknowledgments
This app is unusable after acknowledging prompts. Looking at the reviews, this issue has been happening since November 2025 and it is now March 2026. Please fix this.
Terrible software
This app ask for acknowledgments everytime you log in and crashes after you accept them it’s useless
Unexceptionable
This app is used to record and admin meds yet it hasn’t been updated to work in the last 4 months. This is inexcusable! Wish I could rate it zero stars!
Glitches
It was great! Until someone put an acknowledgment in. When you go to acknowledge it or X it out, it shuts you out. You can’t get passed it -meaning you can’t gain access to the information beyond that -the app doesn’t work.
DOES NOT WORK With iOS 26
This company creates software and an app for iOS users to use- I let them know it is not working with new iOS- their response- “We see there is a problem, YOU are going to have to get ahold of Apple and report issue”. -
