Crashing
It keeps logging me out and crashing. It’s not just on my phone but the work phone to. The other workers who have down loaded the app on their phone has also complained about it. Even when I log out of the app it still keeps paging somehow. It’s just weird. I just Don’t like it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. it also has been upgraded I don’t know what to do now.

Needs logout bug fix for iPhones
My main concern is that even after I clock out to go home, completely logout of PalCare AND close the app - I STILL continue to get all the notifications as if I were still logged in. PLEASE fix this ASAP! Hearing the same non stop notification for 12hrs straight is overstimulating enough…I don’t enjoy having to continue hearing them even after my shift ends and I’m at home & trying to sleep! Aside from that and how insanely fast it drains my phone battery, the app serves its purpose while on the clock. If I could add any other suggestions, the only 2 things I could think of would be to 1.) Make it possible to only get notifications for the specific unit we are working on, rather than getting them for every client in the entire building. (That would help our phone batteries not drain so fast) and 2.) Consider changing or adding some new notification sounds once in awhile. Idk about everyone else, but after years of hearing the same few different sounds constantly - I would be grateful for something new lol

Annoying
Something happened to this app. It no longer works. Just loads forever.
No push notifications for alerts
Can only see alerts in the app itself but it does not notify me when an alert happens when I’m outside of the app
Clearing pendant alarm doesn’t remove app alarm
I’ve tried everything and I cannot get the alarm notification on this app to go away
