Verified with my company the proper URL, U/N, and P/W…..still the App doesn’t work. Also verified with my company that the necessary set up with the company servers is correct!! (Per the disclaimer in the app, at the bottom). I’m able to log on through a browser on another device (home PC, tablet, etc.) without an issue. It’s THIS app that isn’t working!!

No longer works for Atlas crews
It was a very useful app until AIMS NGV1 was deployed.
App doesn’t allow login anymore

Is this issue being fixed? This is a huge inconvenience for not being able to check and work with my schedule.

Stopped working! Very annoying!
Last week it all of the sudden just stopped working… so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work and now when I try to login I get this message “please be informed that although this app is available to be downloaded, it should not be used until you are notified by the airline you work for that the necessary set up required on the airline’s web servers has been completed and it’s ready for use by the crew.” What the heck does that even mean..? I just wanna use this app again! This is very annoying!!

Push notifications doesn’t work. Crashes alot.

Every once in a while this app crash and you need to wait till the next hotfix :)

App is very slow to load, UI is not friendly and when there’s a change to my schedule there is NO notification just an option to click OK without being able to check the changes.
Some days are not even on the main calendar i.e it would show like 01/01 then 03/01 right below!! Skipping one day and if you have schedule on both days it looks like you are flying two days in a row. Just terrible app for airline scheduling.

Push notifications not working
After last IOS 14 update, push notifications are not working as before. Now I have to open ecrew app more often to see whether I have changes.

My company requires us to use this app. It’s glitchy and so far this month I’m on my 4 delete install cycle. The latest is no matter if I’m operating or DH crew I’m the only one listed on the flight. It’s to bad there is little support for this app because it does make life a little easier when it works.
