It's nice when it works
I want to support Elevations as an institution but their business app only works 75% of the time. Tonight it decided that I needed to reverify my ID but wouldn't send a confirmation text, call, or email with a code. Two days ago it wouldn't let me see several of my accounts. Last week it wouldn't capture photos of checks for digital deposit. How am I supposed to run a business when I have no idea if I'll be able to access my accounts?

Comically bad
I’m cry-laughing because of the amount of ways this app can malfunction while I’m trying to deposit a single check.
Depositing checks is a nightmare
This app crashes all. The. Time. when I deposit checks. I’m amazed they aren’t able to fix it!

One of my favorite banking apps. I have personal and business accounts which are all accessible here.
This app makes my life very difficult
It works 15% of the time. And never when I need it. So I use a version on the browser and that is not ideal or secure and now it says my login is wrong and that’s not true. I hate this app and am starting to hate the credit union for not fixing this.
Really tough to run my business when I cannot deposit checks when I need to.
Especially during a pandemic, it’s really important for remote banking functions to work.
Running a small business is already difficult. Cash flow is always a frightful issue. Cash flow problems should NEVER be caused by not being able to make a remote deposit.
Seriously. The personal banking app works like a champ, all the time. Why so hard to just copy that to the business app?

Frustrating
Similar to other feedback, I uninstall and reinstall every time I need to deposit a check. It’s their standard answer. Not acceptable for business banking, frustrating and time consuming.
Inconsistent app -STILL!!
This app is so frustrating due to inability to deposit checks at random times! I’ve been attempting to deposit 3 checks for over 24 hours now-not cool!
My other bank apps do not have this s issue. Might be time to change banks.
ECU please upgrade this app so your customers can take care of business!! I am located out of state so unable to go to a satellite bank.

Terrible
I have had to delete and re-install this app multiple times, and as Murphy would have it, it’s at the most crucial times that it doesn’t work - usually when I’m about to purchase materials for a project and I’m waiting in line to transfer between accounts or just to check that I’ll have enough to cover what I need to buy. Extremely frustrating: Elevations - please get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Otherwise I will be forced to change to a different bank which I’d really rather not have to do.

Frustrating
Totally agree with previous reviewer. Sometimes I can deposit checks easily, sometimes it won’t let me. Helpdesk’s only advice is to delete the app, turn my phone off and then add it back in and cross my fingers that it works. Such a waste of time but I need mobile banking for my business. Please make it better, ECU!! I have friends who love the personal banking app from ECU so I’m confused about why the business one is so clunky.

Unreliable mobile deposit
Too bad the mobile deposit on this app is so bad. It’s been only working about 10 or 20% of the time lately. I wish I could use Elevations for business purposes but they still don’t seem to be able to get business to work as well as personal accounts.
Locks up frequently
This app would be great if it worked! I use both the personal and business apps and have no problems with the personal banking app. However, I can deposit checks on this one (the business app) about 10% of the time.
