This is awful

App interface is awful.

I’m the most respectful manner, this app could have been created as a high school project and definitely failed. Any beginner app developer would be able to create something far superior. Not to mention. This university has the third largest endowment in the U.K. and multiple student officers. I’m sure a couple hundred pounds could make this into a usable app. Very disappointed.

Very so good

Mmm good drink so delicious yum, very awesome staffs, love you!

Bad

It’s bad

Keeps freezing, along with other annoyances

The app seems decent in what it’s setting out to do, but it constantly freezes, and asks you if you want to favourite a venue every time you click on one, with no option to say no - only yes or remind me later.
There are four venues. Why would a favourite option even be useful?

Painful, painful, painful!

It has taken approx 15 minutes to place an order through the app - all the time several potential servers hanging around.
If you want a quick drink, don’t come here

What a farce

A thorough waste of time to simply order a drink at the fringe

I hate apps

I hate apps

Modern life

I hate apps! Essentially, in the past, you had, let’s call them tokens, which you took somewhere, interacted with people and exchanged for products.
Now, you spend twenty mins, filling in forms, signing up, entering credit card details, several times, going back and forth, pissing around with malfunctioning phones, till eventually it spits out confirmation, that someone somewhere, may actually exchange….. if your lucky, your efforts for goods…..
This is not progress!!! Stop doing this

Metric?

Seeing as Edinburgh is not in America, Liberia, or Myanmar, and this is also not the 19th century, why are distances given in yards and miles?

Too complicated

As a visitor you need to make the experience as easy as possible. This was way too complicated especially with poor Wi-Fi. Also they did not except foreign credit cards. Please make this easier. Thank you
