Recently the app has broken

A recent update appears to have broken the app on iPhone SE as there is no longer a tap tag button to activate the nfc. The in app AI agent also breaks and doesn’t allow you to properly report issues or speak to the team.
Before this issue the app was great.

Can’t pick up points anymore

In the last few weeks whenever I visit my local cafe the app isn’t working. I was always able to pick up my loyalty points by tapping my phone onto their squid machine. It hasn’t worked in weeks despite updates. Now they are giving me my stamps on a card.

Crashes constantly and fails to load stars. Frustrating. Oh for the old days of physical loyalty cards!
