Recently the app has broken
A recent update appears to have broken the app on iPhone SE as there is no longer a tap tag button to activate the nfc. The in app AI agent also breaks and doesn’t allow you to properly report issues or speak to the team.
Before this issue the app was great.

Constantly crashing
Can’t even load it for more than a few seconds!
Can’t pick up points anymore
In the last few weeks whenever I visit my local cafe the app isn’t working. I was always able to pick up my loyalty points by tapping my phone onto their squid machine. It hasn’t worked in weeks despite updates. Now they are giving me my stamps on a card.

Impossible to register
I have tried several times to sign up but it gets stuck at phone number so it's usess
Can’t even log in!
Trying to log in and can’t get past the page requiring a phone number. Putting my phone number in brings up a window saying ‘undefined’.
Best Coffee in Swansea
Trying is believing. High standards and if you a coffee drinker you will know
Useless
Crashes constantly and fails to load stars. Frustrating. Oh for the old days of physical loyalty cards!
Don’t bother with it.

Squid Yeah!!!
Redeemed my voucher at Sipp in M21 today. Beautiful coffee, beautiful area, beautiful place. ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent
Fantastic coffee, service and lovely staff
Very easy to tap
Never miss a free coffee again
Stopped working
This has stopped working suddenly and no amount of deleting and reinstalling works. Help???
Good news!
How simple but even simpler where there is good mobile signal - nevertheless a great service and helps to think about a free one when the queue is building!
Cheeky Grin
They make the best coffee. Always friendly and efficient 😊
Functionality
Would be nice to have the app added to digital wallets so you can just click and it will add the purchase to your specific account.
Not working
This was good for a time but now doesn’t seem to work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail, just can’t seem to get the nfc to activate 🤷♂️
Seamless free stuff!
Really great app, works very well. More and more places using it but still not enough. I assume the more people that use the app the more places will start using it too. So come on, get in on the free stuff action!
Ease of use
Smooth experience just super handy
Wonderful rewards App
Most impressed with this App! Much needed into today’s costs?👍
Quick and convenient
It’s quick and easy! Means I don’t have to remember/find my card!
Clunky and Unreliable
This App works probably 3-4 out of 5 attempts. The My Wallet tab just hangs, preventing redemptions when you just want to grab your coffee and go.
After a week of trying, it’s annoying and will probably delete.
