Failed transactions on credit card
Annoyed that their customer service keeps on calling us because of “failed transaction due to their system error”. My husband and I are working on night shift and we cant sleep immediately tapos tawag sila ng tawag sa fault naman ng app nila, then they prefer debit card/direct payment e the reason we pay via credit card nga so its hassle free. Tapos now we need to check every transaction if our payment proceed. Ang hassle.

Poor customer service and baby registry handling
I was hoping to have a smooth experience with Edamama for my baby shower registry, but have encountered the following:
-There would be items in my registry that would be marked as sold, even if the payment/s by my guest/s were not final yet. The items would be marked as sold for days, showing inaccuracy of items that are left. When I inquired about this, I was told the guest did not finalize the payment.
-Guests of my baby shower reached out saying they had checkout problems with Edamama, so it was hard to purchase. They could not finalize the payments because Edamama’s checkout was complicated and error prone
-Edamama was inconsistent with putting guest messages on the gifts that were delivered (even if guest specified message upon purchase) So I wouldn’t know who the gift was from unless I searched for the email notification with that gift.
-A guest ordered gifts 2 days before the baby shower, I asked Edamama to help expedite delivery so it could arrive before the shower. They responded and said they would work with their warehouse team, and even told me the gifts were delivered via Lalamove. But I never received any gifts after that advise from their customer service rep, so I don’t know what happened to those gifts or if the gifts were even Lalamoved in the first place.
I hope this review helps future moms when they consider their baby registries.

Idk what happen to Edamama but it suddenly got worst that I have to uninstall it.
I like Edamama the I first year I used it. Products are delivered fast and you get legit products but my last experience was unbelievable. I ordered during December 2024 when there were a lots of products on sale. Fast forward to when on the estimated date that my order will arrive. My orders suddenly got sent back to the sender without any word from courier and Edamama. The following orders also got returned. Tried contacting support but it’s like one reply per day lol. The said again it’s out for delivery but still no notification or text message from riders.

Savings are not good anymore
I cant even use the beanback anymore because 10-15% is too low as compared to the vouchers being offered by other shopping apps. Also, most of the items that I was buying regularly before are now out of stocks. All I can see from their app is the bean which is most likely their own product.

Ordering here is a big help to me because apart from legit, I also bought what I wanted for a small amount because of the voucher and beans, the last one I bought was gifted with Dove baby lotion, I'm so happy but its turn out that its already expired for almost 2 years🤦🏻♀️😭
