Crap App
Doesn’t work, doesn’t even load up besides showing the copyright date. Tried reinstalling, same issue.
Crash crash crash
I wish this was a multi review for the company and app but since this is about the app I’ll stick with that. Garbage best describes it. You can’t do anything with it. It just crashes anytime I want to view my applications. No clue if I can even submit documents through it which would be easier since I hate breaking out my laptop just for that. Not only do they have wild requirements for your documents that NOT all schools provide the perfect format requested, this app does nothing to assist with checking their messages about the failed submissions. Wish I didn’t have to use this company.

Incompetent staff
This company is either horribly mismanaged or crooked. Website conveniently crashes at the end of the semester and is down for TWO WEEKS (probably to avoid paying out to all the students submitting their reimbursements at the same time) Now everyones tuition is being pushed into their 2023 budgets.

App Does Not Work
The website is not accessible. The app does not work. I spent a great deal of time setting up applications and approvals and now there is no way to execute the tuition assistance. There is not a clear mechanism for accessing support.

FIX IT
this app is complete trash, I can’t even tap on anything for it to shut down. When I log in and tap on anyone of my applications the app shuts down

This App is seriously the worst I’ve ever dealt with!! How do they stay in business with the atrocious level of service they provide? But the bigger question: How does a multi- billion dollar employer choose this company as an instrument for an employee benefit? Certainly a question worth ponder?And obviously by the mere reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. “INVALID TOKEN”… without any options or explanations, WOW!

Paige Dane and Breanne Young committed Homosexual Discrimiantion
The company discriminated against my sexuality prior to COVID and committed a work cut in work force prior to the pandemic. These two need to be ousted and fired for discriminating against my sexuality.
The workplace was unsafe and unfair, and Paige Danes was never an advocate, but a corporate half that needs to be fired Forever.
This includes Breanne Young— she does not know how to be a manger and needs to be fired for causing workers to loose their jobs.

Can’t sign up, can’t log in. Says something about a invalid token. Not sure.
Obviously company doesn’t care about you
Since tuition reimbursement is part of my company’s benefits and compensation, I expect it to be much easier than what Ed assist provides.
No easy access via bright horizons website for tuition reimbursement. App doesnt work most of the time. And my companies HR is doesn’t know how to help with the process.
As another reviewer remarked, this is people’s money you’re talking about. I hope Multicare reads the horrible reviews on Ed assist and takes appropriate action to find a different company for their employees needs. These guys are a scam.

Still a problem
I see that the app was updated 3 months ago but it still crashes. I keep this app on my phone in hopes that it’ll actually work one day and allow me to upload documents. I keep everything on my phone and it’s annoying to have to email myself documents to my work computer to upload them into the classic site. Please let me know if I can help as a beta tester. I’m happy to help.

Crappy app
The app constantly crashes no matter what you do. Better off saving the space on your phone and just using your browser.
Zero stars if possible
I can’t use the app at all. As soon as I open the app and log in, it crashes. Right now there is a notification for me, but the crash happens so instantaneously upon opening, I don’t have enough time to read 2 sentences.
I have never been able to open the app long enough to do anything, and I can’t access EdAssist from home without the app because the company’s intranet is required.

Crashes
This app constantly crashes. There is always an error message that comes up when uploading. The other review(s) can attest to this problem. Took way longer than it should have to upload my forms. Use chrome it’s way better.
Terrible app
The app is horrible. You can’t upload like the previous reviewer mentioned. You also can’t upload on the desktop version.
Does not work
Every time I open the app within 30 seconds it closes and I am unable to do anything. It’s completely worthless , please fix this bug.

This app is impossible! Crashes more than it doesn’t. I keep checking to see if there’s an update to remedy this.

Terrible app. I need to get things done on the go, and the app is constantly crashing. You would think that they would have regular updates considering all who use this app. Very disappointed.
