Worst scheduling app ever
So many issues: 1) timed out of the app in a few minutes so constantly having to log back in. 2) can’t see the schedule in the past. 3) can’t approve or deny PTO on the app. 4) can’t make schedule changes on the app.
Face ID
Unable to use Face ID. Need to enter long email address twice to log in. Sent an email through the app asking for assistance and never heard back.
RN
I wish an option to import to our phone calendar (iPhone, google) existed). In the past this was an option. Please bring it back.
Terrible
I have to enter my email address twice plus password. Even though I click remember login and use Face ID, I have to re-sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. Not user friendly at all!
Can’t log in
The app randomly no longer let me log in, stating invalid credentials. I’ll go through the process of attempting to long in again, go to the Duo Mobile app to verify, states I am all set and logging in, to then go back the initial log in page stating “invalid credentials”.
