Symplr is the best

Out of all credentialing services I use which are five different ones. This is by far the easiest and best. I’m not sure how it has bad reviews. I wish every hospital and surgery center. He used a symplr

Worst app ever

The app started out ok as an app but now because they are making everyone pay for individual credentialing they have made the app be completely slow, cumbersome and there are always te h issues. Our vendors are constantly late or not able to get into appointments bc the app fails them. It is a way for the company to bleed money and make everyone’s healthcare costs soar in the name of “security”

This app does not work as developed

The Face ID does not work in this application. Because of this, I’ve had to reset my password so many times that I cannot remember which ones I have and have not utilized at this point. If you are going to develop a feature in your app, at least make sure that it works as intended.

Top dollar disrespect

Awful app. It is very buggy. Hardly ever works and me and others like me are paying an exuberant amount because we are required to have it to do our jobs. Even worse is that because the app is so bad it can cause me to be “late” for scheduled surgeries I’m expected to be at, and I arrive at least 45 minutes prior to start time so I have time for this app, getting changed, and checking in with key staff members before ever stepping foot in an OR. Signing in is just the first step in the process. If I can’t do this successfully it slows everything down, and then it necessitates me calling a very busy client and pulls them away from their job. At a minimum it’s an embarrassment, but it’s actually much worse… I think Symplr could actually be costing their clients (Hospitals, and other HC facilities) money. They not only have personnel that have to take time from their actual job duties but what if the rep not being able to get timely access causes a surgery to start late?! If you are a HC facility working with Symplr, think twice. Ask yourself, what is the cost of one minute of wasted OR time?
I could go on, but in short this needs a proper overhaul that is representative of the investment we are asked to make.

If I could give negative stars, I would

Just to start: facial recognition doesn’t work, password entering is glitchy and can’t use any modern Apple features to quickly login, pay them a boat load every year for worthless app updates that fix nothing, appointment scheduling doesn’t work, facility credential viewing system is from 1822. What else? Guys seriously find a $100 an hour coding company online and they could build you a better app in 45 minutes. It’s just awful and embarrassing to do to your customers.
