Symplr is the best

Out of all credentialing services I use which are five different ones. This is by far the easiest and best. I’m not sure how it has bad reviews. I wish every hospital and surgery center. He used a symplr

Worst app ever

The app started out ok as an app but now because they are making everyone pay for individual credentialing they have made the app be completely slow, cumbersome and there are always te h issues. Our vendors are constantly late or not able to get into appointments bc the app fails them. It is a way for the company to bleed money and make everyone’s healthcare costs soar in the name of “security”

This app does not work as developed

The Face ID does not work in this application. Because of this, I’ve had to reset my password so many times that I cannot remember which ones I have and have not utilized at this point. If you are going to develop a feature in your app, at least make sure that it works as intended.

Top dollar disrespect

Awful app. It is very buggy. Hardly ever works and me and others like me are paying an exuberant amount because we are required to have it to do our jobs. Even worse is that because the app is so bad it can cause me to be “late” for scheduled surgeries I’m expected to be at, and I arrive at least 45 minutes prior to start time so I have time for this app, getting changed, and checking in with key staff members before ever stepping foot in an OR. Signing in is just the first step in the process. If I can’t do this successfully it slows everything down, and then it necessitates me calling a very busy client and pulls them away from their job. At a minimum it’s an embarrassment, but it’s actually much worse… I think Symplr could actually be costing their clients (Hospitals, and other HC facilities) money. They not only have personnel that have to take time from their actual job duties but what if the rep not being able to get timely access causes a surgery to start late?! If you are a HC facility working with Symplr, think twice. Ask yourself, what is the cost of one minute of wasted OR time?
I could go on, but in short this needs a proper overhaul that is representative of the investment we are asked to make.

If I could give negative stars, I would

Just to start: facial recognition doesn’t work, password entering is glitchy and can’t use any modern Apple features to quickly login, pay them a boat load every year for worthless app updates that fix nothing, appointment scheduling doesn’t work, facility credential viewing system is from 1822. What else? Guys seriously find a $100 an hour coding company online and they could build you a better app in 45 minutes. It’s just awful and embarrassing to do to your customers.

Absolute rip off

I love that I pay $550/ year for a service to basically upload documents to. There is no actual service, no alerts when documents are about to expire. Nothing like waking up and finding out you can’t go to work.

Negative 5 Star, Biggest Good Old Boys Scam

Literally the worst app in the history of apps, laggy, links don’t work, boomers won’t read this, because they are high fiving each other as they rake in the dough, this app could be optimized so easily, anyone with a decent computer and half a brain could openclaw this to perfection, could easily offer a peer to peer encryption to keep user data safe while being able to easily access it. Such a scam. Boomers got to get there money. A single file can be compressed down encrypted and sent peer to peer, such as scam app

Customer service reps 10/10. App and website? 🗑️ would give zero stars if possible

The service overall is 10x better than any other credentialing subscription. 5 stars there. BUT they charge an arm and a leg to have their subscription knowing we HAVE to use it and then put minimal money and effort into their app development. This is just my take on it.. I’m sure they feel like they’re putting a ton into it but the user side is horrible. I have to delete and re-download the app multiple times a month. Very glitchy and slow both website and app.

Needs updates

Garbage app that constantly crashes or freezes. Needs update

Worst app ever

I can’t believe they let an app that works as bad as this on the App Store

Terrible

The app is terrible. Everytime I try to upload anything it locks up and just spins. FaceID never works ever.

Never works as it should

Some features work, and some don’t…has been this way since I’ve been using the app (many years)

App doesn’t work

Literally can’t submit credentials, add facilities or do anything on the app

Face recognition not working

We are forced to use this when customers require it so the app works as required once in it, but Face recognition is not working with the app. It is working fine with other apps on my phone but as the Symplr app opens, it starts facial recognition and then an ERROR message appears “please provide your username and password to manually login to the app”. Everytime-which is very inconvenient when trying to get in and out of customers during the day.

Terrible app

My accounts don’t even show up

Worst app of all time

Wow what a joke this app is. The website, app, the company itself, you name it. All jokes. They are the definition of bad business. They will be obsolete sooner rather than later.

Worst of the worst

In a sea of bad credentialing companies, Symplr is the worst. Charge too much, terrible interface, and they leave no space for improvement.

Hey but we don’t have a choice anyway so there is no need for change. Shame on you Symplr.

Awful App

This is one of THE WORST apps, it’s not user friendly, it constantly quits running, Symplr needs to use the app of the company they merged with instead (IntelliCentrics) as that APP at least worked well and was user friendly overall.

Criminally deficient

Cannot access the app 9/10 times. Hard to navigate, doesn’t work when you can get into it

What a scam

Symplr and Intellicentrics have “merged” HOWEVER, you still need to pay for 2 subscriptions with both companies while they “merge”. What a joke and a way to STEAL money!
