Why does the app not highlight current customer profile data , shows 4 years ago on payment history and nothing current . Needs attention

First thing: When opening the Edco website a popup appears, but the link to the Apple Store does not work.
And: The app’s residential service schedule search box does not work.
Naturally, if an app only takes up about 12 mb of storage space, at least some of its links will take you to their website.
Please address the bugs in and around this app.

waste of App. Can’t make payment through the app. Sends you to the website. Useless!!!
Pointless
What is the point of downloading an app just to take us to the website? Perhaps it’s unfinished. Otherwise I don’t see the point of taking up storage.
