I bought a ticket for WCL and Match called off. Its already 3 weeks and I still haven’t received refund of my ticket. Tried calling ticket office no one pick up and no reply to my mail as well.
Doesn’t Work
App is supposed to show my tickets. Doesn’t. So it’s no good, not fit for purpose.
Sign Up
When i sign up it doesn’t even send the 6 digit code to the email. What kind of app is this how am i going to access the tickets that i’ve brought??
Cache clearance issue
If logout from one user and login to other email id in same mobile it shows ticket from previous login. This is ridiculous

1 star because there’s no need to make people download an application to recieve their tickets.
Obstructive for those not able to use it
Fine for someone my age, au fait with technology etc. But a surprising and comical lack of adaptability in how tickets are delivered (or terrible signposting to alternative methods of obtaining/transferring a ticket other than in the app). “Seat map” just takes you to a generic help page on the Edgbaston website with no obvious map available. So essentially, shoddily thought through for elder/non-tech savvy ticket holders and some poor/misleading links.

Ticket transfers
Ticket transfer is different to the help function and still can not find tickets despite being given a code to so. I have tried and so have other friends but still no sign of tickets. One friend was an IT specialist and still not able to work it out, anyone else got any suggestions?
Sending tickets
No idea why you need an app for tickets. Makes it arduous to buy tickets. I bought some for friends and family who now also need to download the app so I can transfer tickets. When trying to do this, the app doesn’t distinguish what the tickets are (adult child) so I’ve now sent a child’s ticket for my 70 year old dad. This needs looking into.

Unable to download tickets
Constant messages to say the app cannot fetch the ticket I bought. Tried refreshing, logging out and in, calling ticket office, re installing and e making ticket office to no avail. Not good if it can’t do the job.
So disappointing
Please sort this App out. It is embarrassing. Year on year the same problems with booking tickets, seeing tickets, everything. The fans deserve enter than this rubbish.

What a waste of everyone’s time. Just email tickets. I’ve lost my tickets due to this glitchy garbage app.
No authentication code!
When trying to log in to my account it asks for my email address, which I duly input. Then it tells me that it’s sent a code and I should enter it to gain access to my ticket.
The problem with this is that I never receive the code.
This leaves me with no ticket access and in a state of panic!

Absolutely useless
I can’t even see my season pass when I go into the app so the only thing it is useful for is checking the fixtures.
Ticket problem
It seems to be impossible to print out a ticket. I don’t have (and certainly don’t want) a smartphone. How do I just download the ticket onto a laptop?
Absolutely terrible
To instigate a major app update mid-season is just so frustrating and amateurish. Tickets bought only a few days earlier for a CC game have now disappeared, so I have to dig out the email and go to the ticket office…precisely what I wanted to avoid. Pathetic, won’t bother in future and I’m sure plenty of others concur.
