Useless app
LCC need to fire the developers of this useless app. No UX testing at all. Log in use verification code but shuts the app!
Does the job fine once you realise
Lots of the bad reviews point out that the app tells you that your account doesn’t exist, when you’ve already made an account on the website in order to buy the tickets in the first place. This happened to me so I contacted the club and they said that you need to create another account on the app. Once you do that it all works fine. They should make it clearer thoughas we can’t all be stupid. And for that reason I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars. I’ll go with 4.

I’m astonished that LCCC have managed to take a simple ticketing app and turn into something that doesn’t work.
Either launch an app that works or don’t.
Hugely frustrating; travelling to a test match tomorrow tickets cost £300 I’m in total and no idea how to access my tickets.
Useless: LCCC lost their right to host an Ashes test match until 2031, hopefully by then they’ll have found an app developer that can fix this bug fest.

Doesn’t work
No way of signing in or out so the app is completely useless.
