Great app
The hybrid program has allowed me to tailor in my own specific conditioning as well if you have a certain goal in mind (ie running) which has benefited my overall work capacity. Whilst if my goals change i know the other programs available will benefit me.
Highly recommend
The Real Work - more than workouts
True growth and sustainability comes from adherence, and adherence truly comes when someone grasps hold of knowledge. The app gives you the tools to help with the knowledge foundation.

Brobarian training in the palm of your hands!
Amazing!
The App is fantastic, very in-depth and Ross is really active in the community too.
Excellent
One very slight critique, the videos explaining the exercises take forever to load, I don’t think it’s an issue with my wi-fi…..
As mentioned, an excellent app, good value for money, easy to follow and full of info.

Next Level
Best training app for serious and/or aspiring athletes!
NOTHING comes close to this app! The programs offered are top notch and scientifically designed for impact. The level of involvement and support you get from Ross is equal to none - this is not an app that uses a celebrity face to market itself; you can feel his passion and fingerprints all over it - responsive on the community, the level of videos, the thoughtfulness of how the programs are structured… It’s incredible.
This is a very new app so can’t vouch for results yet, but after two weeks for following this app, change is felt and I already feel better than ever.
One caveat - I don’t know if that was the intention, but I’d say this app is NOT for you if you’re a “new year resolution” type of person that’s coming off the couch and expects results in a month or two. This app is designed for people who take fitness as a way of life, not so much because it requires you to dedicate a lot of time to it (it really doesn’t), but because of the overall way it is designed.
