Worth the issues, time delay and lack of customization
For its price to have lifetime free updates makes it worth it the issues it does have. For example, it is slow. Do not be in a rush. Do not use an emergency. It says it allows you to switch between metric and imperial but yet it still always gives you temperature readings in Celsius never in Fahrenheit. I asked you the same OK prompts every single time even though it saves your skin still has to reload every time. Is it a professional grade scan not quite for a homeowner that uses a sporadically; perfect. for under 100 bucks getting a bi directional scan tool is a good deal and would probably buy again.

“fix some bugs” they say providing no details
This update fixed GM connectivity that was broken on iOS; their support is a joke, even if they occasionally reply - it is not to help but to just give another run around

This piece of equipment is extremely difficult to navigate through! I’m a highly intelligent individual, especially having to with cars, but have spent literally days trying to link this to my truck! If zero stars were an option, that would be my choice!

Ford connection was broken. Sent multiple emails for assistance and was ignored. It’s unfortunate because when it works it’s amazing, but when it doesn’t it’s a paperweight and there’s a lot of silence. I’ll be returning my the hardware I guess.
