App crashes
App consistently crashes after the latest update cannot get the Ediag elite tool to work. Iโve deleted and redownloaded, but nothing seems to help.

Even basic coding is either impossible or needlessly frustrating.

Canโt even code a battery in on a qashquia with it even know they state you can when buying โฆ save your money and buy something better

Very disappointing experience. I bought this to reset the AC, but it required an extra $32 payment. It couldnโt fully clear all codes, and overall it was a waste of money. I had another device before that worked great. I sold this one on eBay for ยฃ30 because it was just wasting my time.
Extremely complicated, not user-friendly
This device is very difficult to figure out most code readers plug them in turn the key to the on position it throws out the codes. This one is not like that at all.

Got an error code in the wilderness. Could not scan till we went back to coverage area. This was not first time connection to the solo scan. Had used it many times before
Reset options arenโt free
Itโs not free subscriptions yes maybe to update the core is free but if you are trying to reset tmps, brakes, airbags or any other trouble light or any code outside of regular parameters of an OBD two reader they want $19.99 for each one options. So $19.99 for tmps reset+$19.99 for brake light reset+ $19.99 for airbag etc. I think it was sneaky of them to make it so when you look at the app, it doesnโt say add-ons or anything like that. They added it through a different section where you have to redeem a code so it doesnโt show up like you donโt have to pay additional fees for anything buyer beware. I had mine for about 10 minutes and Iโm process of sending it back to Amazon

I have tried numerous times to get my 2017 Isuzu NPR HD 6.0 L gas engine on this EDIAG from King bowling with no success and Iโve tried to contact them numerous times and never get a reply
Limited functionality
Looked promising but several modules donโt work on my 2017 Silverado. Data source names are duplicated so you have to remember the order in the list is the one you want. Missed a selection when choosing g what to monitor or command? Better remember what you have currently selected because going backward erases your selection.
The biggest flaw for me is that there doesnโt appear to be a way to command two functions from the same test screen (e.g. I could not command the purge valve and the evap vent back and forth to do a thorough test).
I will probably return this and step up a level or two to get something that can do more.

Really solid tool
This is a great resource and works well. It takes a bit to figure out the steps since the titles of sections aren't always the clearest so "information" or "how tos" would be helpful. Also the first day you connect it and make an account, it doesn't work right away. We have three devices and all have the same experience. Next day, works great so we just plug in, set up account, and come back the next day. Working ever since. Also the VIN finder doesn't seem to work well for older cars (early 2000s, 1990s) but adding the VIN once is all you need. It will remember your car after that.
