My card feature
On many occasions the my card feature cannot be accessed, buffering is frequent. This is not conducive to the ability of turning on and off your cards when needed. Having to uninstall and reinstall the app does not solve this issue.

My app hasn’t been working for the last 6 days 😠. I’ve tried installing & reinstalling…still nothing!

The credit union is great. The app…meh. Buggy login process that freezes a lot of the time. Once you’re in it’s a great app.

Worst Update Ever
The old app was far better than this latest update. It’s horrible!
Broken basic functionality
You need to download a separate app in order to see your credit card balance. This app requires you to sign in again when you are transferred over. The app clears your password so facial recognition does not always work to login. After you were signed in you still need to put in your password, not just a security pin, to make a transaction to your own account. This encourages the user to create a week password that’s easy to remember.
It is appalling that most of the reviews on here are from Abco employees trying to hype their product up.

Inconvenience
Please bring back being able to label your accounts. I utilize six different accounts. And it’s very inconvenient trying to remember which account goes to work because I am no longer able to label it like how we used to.
Needs improvement
The app is always glitching or can’t access it before I could hide certain accounts now I can’t... and if my account is locked it still gets charged I don’t like it it’s ok but not secure enough and it’s not enough access to your account

I don’t like the fact that I can’t see all of my transactions in my credit card account how can I see them online?

The app doesn’t let me log on at least once a week. I’m about to switch banks.
Hate it
We loved and used the heck out of the previous app. We had great issues with the update and dislike the lack of memos, find it awkward to use and my partner still can’t get into it. We have opened an account elsewhere for day to day use as a result and use this for savings because it’s challenging to get into! Sorry you ever updated!!!

Well...
While there are some good features such as the ease with which to pay bills, overall I dislike the upgraded app. The previous app allowed you to name your accounts which made with easier when transferring funds. Also every time you exit the app you have to log back in! I understand security reasons but I can’t even access my calculator app when I balance my accounts. Perhaps adding the ability to name your accounts and have a calculator in the app could be added?

Last app sucked but this is even worse
This app is literal trash! I transfer money from my checking to my savings accounts and it won’t show on the app till 3 days later. I have to log on the website to make sure the transaction was correctly done. What’s the point of even having a app then...? Also it’s 2021 how do we still not have Apple Pay???

Not as good as before!
Not sure why my deposits are not going into accounts that I set them up to go into from direct deposit. Why are they all going into the savings account? I tried to call abco but can’t get anyone on the phone
Where’s my running balance??
This is is awful and makes no sense! I can’t see my daily balance. The bank didn’t even notify me that there was a problem with the app. Then when I put the new app on my phone I had no idea that the login was different. There was no indication that you have to put in your account number and last 4 of your social to log in. Smh
