It’s pretty mediocre
The interface and ui is fine but the way it shows transactions is kind of annoying and vague. Theres not a better way to talk to support through the app minus chat bots. Check deposit through mobile takes forever and doesn’t allow large amounts all at once. But most of other problems come from the bank itself and not the app.

Banking has been rough since the beginning with jersey shore. Need to upgrade the interface!!!!!!
Functional but Deposit feature needs work
For checking balances, the app works fine. And for depositing small checks it usually works. But it’s frustrating when the app allows you to go through the entire process for a deposit, and then tell you the check is too large for mobile deposit. But by this point, you’ve already signed and written Mobile Deposit on the back. Seems like it should have said the amount was too high when you enter the amount.
