Sound is great but sometimes sound crackling and most annoying is put head phones in case to charge and sometimes one does not. On app needs to add a 3rd tap for volume

Auro Clip headphone fail to connect MacOS
Cannot connect Auro Clip headphone on MacOS. Bluetooth connection keep dropping out.

- Please include menu bar controls on MacBook - The widget is says “Bluetooth is not connected” even though it is connected. Please fix - my battery has been draining recently! EQ doesn’t work with one earbud . Otherwise no problem (iOS 16.3, iPhone 12)

Custom EQ
The Edifier W320TN has great sound quality, solid ANC, and a comfortable fit. However, it really needs a custom EQ option in the app. Every user has different sound preferences, and adding a customizable equalizer would make the earbuds much more versatile and enjoyable. Please consider adding custom EQ support in a future update!
