If only we could scan our code and show our ticket was purchased without having to hold a small piece of paper all day!
Highly recommend
I don’t usually use apps like this because they are normally useless and not even worth the time it takes to download them but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The most important information we needed to know was when the next bus would be arriving at a stop, which it was really great for, however it was also really useful for showing all the different routes and explaining what was at each of the numbered stops so we could plan ahead easily.

Critical flaw
The first time I opened the app, I was asked if I had a ticket or not. If I’d had a ticket at the moment, I could have synched it into the app. I purchased a ticket outside the app a few minutes later and was never given any option to synch it in. Either do it immediately upon first opening the app, or never. Other than that, it’s perfectly acceptable.

Buy a ticket not possible
I’ve installed the app to be able to buy a ticket online. As soon as you proceed to buy tickets in your basket, the app changes to the website, where the basket is empty!!!
Useless app!
If I need to put the tickets again in to the basket, I don’t need the app.
