Poorly designed
Not sure who’s in charge of responses, but no this is not an intuitive app.
Bus times not accurate
The live bus times are not accurate at all. When you get to your bus stop, the bus will have either already passed or is running late.
Difficult to navigate
App is difficult to navigate. Print is too small and doesn’t show multiple bus options for a trip. It just shows the most direct bus. Also you can’t upload money onto your ARC card. ARC is the worst idea ever for casual bus users. I preferred the paper tickets so I could put a few in my purse,backpack, stroller bag etc. and always have one when I needed it. Now I always find myself without the card and without change and keep having to pay bus fares with $20 bills because that’s all I have in my wallet.

Happy to explain you more on how to use the app. 1. to locate anything beyond your current location just drag the map. 2. To plan trip, just use the trip icon to plan trips. App is not a garbage as you said and is very easy to use and intuitive.
Cyber risk
Wasn’t expecting banner adds on a transit app. Unknowingly clicked on one and have credit card information stolen trying to set up transit account

Fake comment and a lie. No payment information is needed to use the app. It’s a free app to use.

And even online they don’t have single tickets only day passes at the minimum :(
