Doesn’t complete sign-up process
Dowladed app but signup process doesn’t complete - no code sent and then get message saying sign-up process couldn’t be completed when trying a second time. App needs a major rebuild going by the recent comments.
Joining up
I downloaded this app yesterday and it’s not allowing me to join. I deleted it today and downloaded again and it’s still not allowing me to join What do I need to do? I’ve even gone into app support, can’t find anywhere to help me in there

I’m a member but says otherwise. Don’t bother. Sign up the old fashioned way
Frustrating!
Downloaded this app and registered a few months ago. Go out for lunch at our local, try signing in and it tells me I’m not registered! BUT I still get all your advertising emails sent to me! Try signing up again and it won’t let me! What’s the point of having this app if it’s of no use??
