When the ATM is down
I live in Jasper and ATM has been down so when I needed to Deposit $$$ and couldn’t I called the Beaumont branch at least 3 times and Kerstin helped me every time I called after 5pm she was so kind and patient and helped me get my check deposited she was the best and helped me she is 10/10

Do not like the automated phone alert on withdrawals. Delete it from my settings if possible. I like just a text.
Fee Bank
I was never informed that I am being charged a maintenance fee via email mail or phone. They charged me of 5$/month for over 2 years, refused to give any refund. Hate the banks that charge maintenance fee and refuse to communicate us about it. Update: I reached out to bank to close my account, they confirmed my account is closed, but I am still able to access my account. I emailed again asking the reason why I am able to access my accounts via app, they never responded.

Deleted notes/check image issues
Continues to erase notes that I make and every other week the check images won’t load!
Update messed up
Tried to update and system keeps reloading then goes back to update screen. Can’t get it to work now.
