i set up auto pay for july payment because i was going to be out of the country. i even double checked that it was set up for july 1. came back to see that i owed a fee because it didn’t work. it has worked well for requesting maintenance.

Need instant conference room booking
A small but impactful improvement would be if the conference room booking could be done instantly and not only one day in advance.

EASY OPERATION
Submitting a maintenance request is easy. The staff is very professional and takes pride in their service. I have never had a problem with a maintenance request.

Rarely can I login
Most of the time I enter my email address and it asks for a password. It should go to where it sends me a code to login. Passwords are not needed yet more times than not, it wants a password and won’t let me bypass it. I’ve asked the office about this and was told to delete app then reinstall it. I’ve done that. Doesn’t make a difference. Usually I need to get on my pc to access website. On the rare occasion the app will login correctly. Once inside the app, it is easy to use for maintenance tickets. I like that I can add a picture. I wish they would add what they did to resolve the maintenance problem when they close it out.
I tried using the app when I needed to sign a new lease. That was hopeless. I could not get it to work.

Really good app to pay bills
This sucks
It constantly locks up and in general never lets you do what you need to do to pay your bill. It’s dark and you can’t hardly see the buttons you’ve selected
Not good
Not very happy with Edward rose and the amount of time it takes to process payments. Often times it take up to a week to pull money from my account after I’ve approved the transaction. They love collecting late fees from their tenants. Buyer beware.
