Overall, the app works fine. This new update has one MAJOR flaw the creators overlooked/missed/or didn’t care about… simply - it doesn’t work in landscape mode. Won’t auto-rotate with the screen if you have that function on. I’ve contacted EFCU several times to get this fixed. They are quick to reply, however, no change as of yet!

This app has a lot of issues which are to be expected but the FACT that no one seems to be working on making the app better for years leads a member to wonder why the Chairman or CEO hasn’t fired whomever is running IT.
Deposits are a bear and the Bill Pay portion is a web page that is poorly disguised and hard to use.
Hope I am surprised and have to eat my words. Doubt it! 🤣

Mobile app is garbage
Please, please, please get a better app!!! For the past few years it’s been a headache and I’ve really contemplated getting a new bank because of it!!!!
Can’t pay credit card bill
This is good and it works generally well. Can see accounts and transfer money. However you cannot pay your credit card bill on this app. It allows you to go through the whole process but on the last authorize page, the button is in an area that is not accessible and the front page does not move to reach it. It will only move the back page that you were originally on and even won’t open the page on the mobile site so must be don’t on a computer

Problems with log in
When I first bring up the app and I put my login and password I don’t get an entry button instead I get and register etc.. if I press the register it send me to the register window but when I touch the account number it the send me to the ligin window where I have to input my login and password again

I tried
Legitimately gave this app a try after EFCU revamped their system. This new app and system poorly developed. The mobile deposit works of the very rare occasion that you get the pictures of your check JUST right. Then there are often ru errors or the app not allowing me to pay In house loans from my accounts. I have been a member of EFCU for over thirty years and this whole revamp and app is about to have me close my account. Very disappointed even after giving it a chance.

Frustrating!
Poorly implemented update! Deployed before it was ready! Many features fully functional in the older app were lost. POORLY managed development and deployment...Frustrated!
Old app was better
Already having major problems due to this app, trying to figure out where my rent money went since I can’t view last months statement
Old App was a millions times better
This won’t won’t even let you see your statement past the current month anymore. Screen does not fit to size. Not user friendly at all.
