eeezap has quickly become my go-to app for daily life. Whether I want food, groceries, a ride, a courier, or even on-demand services, everything is available instantly in one clean, user-friendly platform.
Rejected order and had no response
Order got rejected after payment. They did not pick the call nor reply. Not sure when i will receive the refund.

Good Potential but Still Lacking
Everything was good until I had to make the payment.
1- Lack of option to directly use credit cards.
2- Fahipay connection was a disaster and finally had to give up. Also once you go to the page to sign in to fahipay, there is no way back to the app. You’d have to close the app and open.
3- when I selected Account Transfer, no account details or function to upload the slip was there is just said order accepted.
I like how you guys added tip the driver function is added. That way I don’t have to tip them in cash which I normally don’t carry.
For now it’s a 2 star for me. But after these fixes it could easily be 4 or 5.
