Not user friendly
This is one of those apps where you can’t view your messages or points while you’re placing an order. Have to cancel out of the order completely to view, then start all over from the point of picking a store. It wouldn’t let me add my promo. Can’t use Apple fast. I’ll just go to Jimmy John’s.

The app never works properly, it’s kept me from eating at Eegee’s numerous times. This will be my last meal there.

Hard to use no Apple Pay
This is a difficult app to use. It doesn’t have Apple Pay so you have to enter your credit card and when you’re trying to check out, it keeps suggesting things you don’t want
