Syncing Issues
I really really like this app, but it's frustrating how I can't tell when the app on my phone and computer are synced together so I can work between devices at different times. I can't even tell which account my computer is logged in to because it doesn't show in settings, so that I can confirm both devices are connected to the same email. Also the mobile and desktop versions don't update all together; at the time of writing, the desktop version is at 6.9 while the mobile version is 5.3. I just wish there was more consistency, but if you only use it on one device, the app is very handy.

pc端这两天怎么老是同步不了手机端文档啊，一打开就是那个云下载中断的标识，明明我的网络都是正常的
Nice interface
fast speed of opening it.The minimalist style of the interface fits my aesthetic very well. I can't stand all the fancy ICONS and features of many apps.
Absolutely great
Saw a lot of negative reviews. I have no idea what it was like before but it's absolutely great for the past 2 years for me. I write novals and do a lot coding and this app makes it fast and very easy for me to organize my docs.
In terms of pricing, I would say yes it's not free, but most people would be satisfied with the free mode. And even if you decide to upgrade to pro, it's just few bucks each year.

App is good, but they will hunt you down until you pay for an upgrade.

I don't mind paying for apps, but their pricing structure doesn't make sense for me.

.. the amounts being asked for using it are ludicrously unjustifiable.
As I said, it's an OK app. It does some useful things, and for this it gets three stars.
Where it simply cannot be tolerated (like 99% of its peers) is the ridiculous amounts of money being asked to use it.
I'd be quite impressed if any of these developers can give a breakdown list of why the prices of their apps 'are what they are'.
I've purchased apps this week that are literally 5-10 times more capable than this; to own, forever, or for the length of that version (with you being able to use the version and updates you bought forever) - and these apps ranged in price from $20-70!
So, no, this app and all the others like it that ask for stupid amounts each month/year - with no such claim to do so (they simply cannot honestly and openly justify why they are so expensive) can go away.
Apps like 'Curio', or 'Corkulous' and many, many others out there, can be bought as a one time purchase and often give you more.
It's a real shame, this is a good app but has a greedy pricing system. I don't mind buying quality, but I won't 'rent' foolishly to make the greedy rich!

Full features. Even for free tier, it’s more than enough. Lighter than obsidian, richer than simplenotes, and more flexible and open than bear. Work seamlessly with Desktop Effie app. Easy share/export at per file level.
I have used more than 20 markdown and Mindmap apps. Effie is second to none, all of them combined! Highly recommended. Yes especially recommended for ad hoc authoring on the fly.
Have not tested or explored Effie widgets or shortcut workflows. Hope Effie is equally impressive in these areas.

Missing some obvious features
Please make it possible to separately hide (collapse) the folders file panel only, without necessarily having to also hide the sheets panel always together with it as well.

As a student this app has been an incredible tool! I got the opportunity to share my experience beforehand with my study-gram community, but I thought it would be good to share my experience on here too.
First, Effie has an amazing organization system that works for everyone. I’m a big notes person—especially when it comes to school assignments and personal projects. Effie provides all these creative ways to stay organized in an efficient and productive way.
I personally love how minimalistic the appearance of this platform is. It allows me to stay on top of my work without feeling overwhelmed with all these other tabs or widgets around my notes/mind-maps.
Secondly, the mind-mapping tool is one of my favorites. When it comes to writing important papers I find the mind-mapping tool very useful in order to organize my thoughts or quotes I want to incorporate into my work.
This app is overall worth downloading!

It worth a 5-star
This is one of the best writing tools I have used these years; however, the method of backing up may be confusing. After writing for a while, I would suddenly be interrupted by several sheets creating automatically and coping my writing.
Has potential but awful execution
I played with the app for a while and decided to upgrade to premium. Within my first 20 minutes of using the app it crashed twice. I cannot launch the mind map feature which was a huge selling point—it's *always* grayed out no matter what I do. And markdown might be nice for some users, but it's distracting and ugly to pure writers like myself. I was assuming I'd have the ability to turn it off, but I guess not. I will absolutely not be using this app for five more minutes and would love a refund, as it doesn't functionally work without crashing whenever I try to make any customizations to make it look tolerable. It's astonishing you can't change the colors of the fonts.
