Transformative

It has transformed all aspects of my freestyle, and more recently, I have also begun working on my breaststroke and backstroke. I don’t think my body can do a dolphin kick, but I plan to try, which I would not do without their coaching. I love how my specific questions get answered. I consider it a true bargain!
