Ok but not as “easy” as ratings stated
Easy to use. There was glitches with entering data, saved and then logged back in to see the data didn’t save. That’s why I gave a 4 star rating. I was not able to submit to CRA. It wasn’t as easy as adding the information to submit. I do not have time to figure out the issue and for that I will not use this software again. I will pay an accountant to deal with this.

Frustration +++
I have done my own taxes for some 6 decades, on paper. The first two years I used this system, it was okay. This year, 2025, totally impossible. After 8 hours, still unable to complete and submit.

Out with Turbo Tax, in with Fast and Easy
I've been using TurboTax since 1987, but this year’s changes made it frustrating as many needed features were missing. After consulting the CRA, I discovered Fast and Easy Tax Packages. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised! The layout took some getting used to, but the process was truly fast and efficient. It transformed a typically tedious task into a much more enjoyable experience. I was able to complete my taxes without the hassle of numerous forms. Thank you, Fast and Easy, for making tax season less daunting. I will definitely be back next year! Your support team is so fast with answers I was literally blown away. Highly recommended!
