Ok but not as “easy” as ratings stated
Easy to use. There was glitches with entering data, saved and then logged back in to see the data didn’t save. That’s why I gave a 4 star rating. I was not able to submit to CRA. It wasn’t as easy as adding the information to submit. I do not have time to figure out the issue and for that I will not use this software again. I will pay an accountant to deal with this.

Frustration +++
I have done my own taxes for some 6 decades, on paper. The first two years I used this system, it was okay. This year, 2025, totally impossible. After 8 hours, still unable to complete and submit.

Out with Turbo Tax, in with Fast and Easy
I've been using TurboTax since 1987, but this year’s changes made it frustrating as many needed features were missing. After consulting the CRA, I discovered Fast and Easy Tax Packages. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised! The layout took some getting used to, but the process was truly fast and efficient. It transformed a typically tedious task into a much more enjoyable experience. I was able to complete my taxes without the hassle of numerous forms. Thank you, Fast and Easy, for making tax season less daunting. I will definitely be back next year! Your support team is so fast with answers I was literally blown away. Highly recommended!

But this year they changed it, now we have to submit
The return to revenue Canada your self. but you don’t know that until you have already paid I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE UNTIL THEY CHANGE IT BACK WHERE THEY SUBMIT THE TAX INFORMATION TO REVENUE CANADA

Easy and awesome support
I’ve used this app for years to easily do my tax returns. It’s affordable and simple to use and I’ve never had any issues up until this year. I had an issue getting my payment to go through and contacted the support team. I cannot get over how fast they solved my problem. Within 2 hours my problem was solved and my taxes were submitted.

Sign in
Spent 2 hours setting up and input my data. Had to look something up when I got back I was logged out. Now it won’t let me log back in and when I tap forgot password it doesn’t send me an email as suggested. Not friendly…
Very easy
I just did two tax returns and even though I had to create a separate account for each they were very easy to do.
Quebec is not an option
Very disappointed that this app comes recommended from the CRA, but does not give you the option to file taxes if you’re a Quebec resident.

It let me do my entire return and then on the last step everything went away except a note that said they were closed for a month, try back then. I don’t even know if my return was saved! If I’d know that they were “closed” I would have filed with another program! TurboTax here I come :(
Absolute frustration
Well they took my payment for a return then bam needed to sign in again to send but created password didn’t work?!?! Seems I was able to pay but was never actually registered? What the absolute &*#@%$? Is it any wonder why millions of Canadians don’t file returns???

Atrocious 2023 filing
Most complicated page ever. Had simple tax for years but they do not support IOS on phone. Only computer. So I found this app thru govt site. Terrible…not friendly and I’m a simple file. Can’t go back to check have no idea where I stand and email link to ask doesn’t work
Excellent Canada tax software
This software is easy to understand, fill in appropriate tax forms and file online taxes. It is reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.
Not auto filling
I’m going around in circles for 2 hours trying to get auto fill. I’m signed in every where I need to be and it’s not working. I hate the runaround. This should work easier.
